House of Habib is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join one of its group companies as an Assistant Manager – Sales & Design Consultant, based at our Head Office on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Corporate Sales Growth by developing relationships with corporate clients, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Engage Architects, Consultants & Designers to secure product specifications, approvals, and enlistments in upcoming projects.
- Manage Project Pipeline by identifying opportunities, conducting regular site/client visits, preparing proposals, and ensuring project conversion.
- Design Portfolio management of formite Laminates range by analysing market trends, emerging materials, colors, textures, and customer preferences.
- Achieve Performance Targets including sales revenue, customer visits, specification conversions, and collection/recovery objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business from a reputable university.
- 3-5 years in corporate Sales/Design.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and CRM systems for sales order processing, customer relationship management, and project pipeline tracking.
