We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager-Electrical
Experience: 03 years
Qualification: Graduation/Master
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, serviceability, and reliability of all E&IC equipment within Utilities, including switchgears, electrical panels/DBs, transformers, alternators, motors, VFDs, engines, boilers, cabling, and lighting systems.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor routine, preventive, corrective, and outage maintenance activities, ensuring timely inspections and minimizing equipment downtime.
- Provide E&IC engineering expertise for troubleshooting complex maintenance issues and implement improved, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance methods to enhance equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, periodic performance reports, and investigation reports, while monitoring E&IC stores, emergency spares, and stock levels and authorizing material withdrawals as required.
- Ensure strict compliance with E&IC safety standards and departmental procedures, while maintaining workforce discipline, punctuality, and effective execution of tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
