Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: CA ( Qualified / Part Qualified ), ACCA, ICMA , MBA (Finance) or related qualification.
- Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience of direct tax, indirect tax, or both preferably in a tax consultancy Firm.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws and regulations (Income Tax Ordinance / Sales Tax Acts etc.)
Job Description
- Providing a top class tax service to a portfolio of corporate clients
- Corresponding with both Revenue and clients on the clients tax affairs
- General duties relating to all corporate tax matters
- Researching and presenting detailed technical tax memorandums to support tax advisory projects
- Working as part of a team with fellow managers, directors and partners, ensuring the smooth running of the department.
- Influence teams, and individuals positively. Leading by example and establishing confident relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Represent clients before FBR and Provincial Revenue Authorities during assessments, audits, and tax proceedings.
- Monitor changes in tax laws, Finance Acts, and regulatory requirements, and communicate their impact to clients.
