Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager – Kanteen, Islamabad
We are currently looking for a qualified individual for the role of Restaurant Assistant Manager at Kanteen, Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
Guest Experience
-Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
-Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and offering assistance when needed.
-Interact with guests to provide recommendations and obtaining feedback on product quality and service levels.
Restaurant Operations:
-Manage smooth shift operations including opening and closing of shift as per operations manual.
-Develop and managing sales forecasts and optimizing profitability with relevant team members
-Supervise and training front-of-house team members, ensuring onboarding of new team members
-Ensure timely food preparation and consistent quality in coordination with the back-of-house team
-Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations and labor laws requirements
Qualifications:
Certifications in a relevant field, or preferably, at least an intermediate degree.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the restaurant or customer service industry.
