As Wateen continues to grow its Energy Solutions portfolio, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lahore.
This is an opportunity to lead large-scale solar projects, work with diverse teams and stakeholders, and contribute to the delivery of reliable energy solutions for leading organizations. You’ll play an important role in ensuring projects are effectively managed from planning through completion.
Position Summary: To lead and own end-to-end delivery of Solar projects for Commercial/Industrial, Corporate, FMCG and MNC clients. The role demands an aggressive, proactive and hands-on leader with strong HSE orientation to ensure safe, timely, cost-effective and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle of Solar EPC projects from kick-off to final handover and technical/final closure.
- Ensure delivery as per approved scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety,
- Project Financials: Revenue, Cost, Margin, cost adherence, change management, baseline projects.
- Drive weekly progress reviews, dashboard reporting and implement corrective actions
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and engineers across multiple locations
- Set clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability on ground
- Enforce PM discipline, financials, project governance and compliance with company policies
- Act as single point of contact for MNC/FMCG client/s/Project/s
- Manage client expectations, audits, and corporate governance requirements
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and protect company brand on site
- Develop and maintain project schedule, budget, procurement plan, and risk register
- Support procurement and contracts team on BOQs, variations, and claims
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition
- Review designs, drawings, and method statements for technical compliance
- Champion HSE on site. Implement HSE plans, toolbox talks, audits, and incident reporting
- Handling of vendors (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)/vendors during complete Project life cycle
Required Skills
- Direct exposure to FMCG/MNC projects and understanding of corporate governance, audit, and compliance required
- Strong HSE background with proven record of managing HSE on large EPC sites required.
- Proficient in PV system design, EPC contracts, MS Suite MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Scheduling Tools
- Excellent presentation, communication and demonstration skills. Leadership. Team playing
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
- Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution

Education & Experience
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Solar EPC, with proven delivery of 20 MW+ projects
