Position : Officer Yarn sourcing
Key Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality yarn for denim fabric weaving, ensuring it meets production requirements and quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with yarn suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage contracts.
- Monitor market trends, analyze yarn prices, and optimize sourcing strategies for cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with the production, quality, and inventory teams to ensure timely yarn deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Spinning.
- Experience (1-2 years) in yarn sourcing for denim or similar textile products.
- In-depth knowledge of spinning processes and yarn types (cotton, blended, specialty yarns).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
