TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Interested applicants shall apply online through the University of Rasul Job Portal available at https://jobs.uorm.edu.pk/. The online application must be submitted on or before 18.09.2026. Applications submitted after the closing date shall not be entertained. Once submitted, an online application cannot be edited or modified.
- Applicants are advised to carefully read the advertisement and all instructions available on the Job Portal and ensure that their applications are complete and accurate in all respects before final submission.
- Incomplete applications, incorrect or misleading information, concealment of facts, or submission of forged/fabricated documents shall render the applicant liable to disqualification at any stage, including after inclusion in the Visiting Faculty Pool or engagement.
- Candidates awaiting declaration of results shall not be eligible.
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for demonstration/interview.
- Candidates called for demonstration/interview shall bring their original educational and experience certificates/documents for verification, along with one complete set of photocopies of all relevant documents, one copy of their updated CV, and one recent passport-size photograph. Candidates failing to produce the original documents for verification shall not be considered for further processing.
- Candidates included in the Visiting Faculty Pool may be engaged as and when required, subject to the University’s academic requirements, availability of teaching workload, and approval of the Competent Authority.
- Engagement as Visiting Faculty shall be purely temporary and on need basis and shall not confer any right to regular appointment, continuation, absorption, seniority, or any other claim against a regular post in the University.
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, withhold or not fill any position, modify the requirements, or cancel the recruitment process, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
- Candidates shall be required to comply with all applicable University rules, statutes, regulations, policies and instructions during the period of their engagement.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the demonstration/interview.
