- Proven expertise in authentic Japanese cuisine, with mastery in sushi, sashimi, and traditional Japanese dishes, ensuring authentic flavors, textures, and presentation.
- Experienced in luxury or high-end Japanese restaurants, managing high-volume kitchens while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire culinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Proficient in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operations, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and cost control.
- Creative approach to modern interpretations of traditional Japanese dishes, delivering visually stunning and memorable dining experiences.
QUALIFICATION Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts
EXPERIENCE Minimum 5-10 years of experience in luxury or high-end Japanese restaurants.
