Job Opening: Production Supervisor
Location: Vita chowrangi, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Position: Production Supervisor
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) or any other relevant discipline.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food, or Chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily manufacturing and packing operations to achieve production targets.
- Ensure production productivity, line efficiency, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and workplace safety.
- Execute production plans efficiently to meet daily and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Planning departments for smooth operations.
- Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
- Monitor production yield, wastage, downtime, and implement measures to improve productivity.
- Verify the availability of raw materials and packaging materials before production.
- Ensure accurate completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/BPR) and Batch Packing Records.
- Maintain 5S standards, housekeeping, and a safe working environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of GMP, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and production documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
