Position Description:
- Deliver the online & digital sales budget of all products.
- Develop & drive the online sales propositions including Bundling, Cross Selling and Discount Online Schemes.
- Provide result-oriented leadership to external digital sales team/agents.
- Develop clear reporting metrics and procedures to measure effectiveness, conversions, Lead to Sale Velocity, and ROI across all digital and telesales channels, Alternate Digital Channels & Online Affiliates.
The ideal candidate should be Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing/ IT having 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Sales/Marketing of well-established organizations/fintech platforms.

Channel Head– Mass Retail will be responsible to develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goal for the mass retail channel. He / she will be responsible for product improvements by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. He /she will also be responsible to manage customer expectations; create a culture of success, goal achievement and manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
The ideal candidate should be Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration in Sales / Marketing having 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing departments of well-established organizations preferably in trade marketing, B2B or B2C sales. Experience in financial products sales will be an added advantage.
