Internship Opportunity – IT Department
TPL Insurance is Pakistan’s first and only direct insurance company to pioneer contact center and web-based services, allowing customers to interact and retrieve progress on their insurance policies and claims.
Currently, we are looking for the services of energetic, enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Intern in our IT Department:
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science
Responsibilities:
- Update the function reference and user guide of MIL and TPL Insurance Products with new functionality.
- Learn about the new functionality and the underlying concepts, to provide good explanations.
- Write clear and concise descriptions in English, paying attention to missing information, detail, flow, grammar, and consistency.
- Illustrate concepts using basic drawings, and possibly UML and Flow diagram.
- Communicate with developers and other teams to clarify information that needs to be documented and/or elaborated.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethics, critical thinker, intellectually curious and detail-oriented.
- Good team player.
Duration: 2 months
