Position / Title: Head of Treasury Operations

Department: Treasury Operations
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all cash management functions cash concentration, sires, account funding.
• Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships. Negotiate bank and service fees.
• Implement products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Develop and monitor treasury operational policies.
• Must have strong financial and system skills; communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to lead a team of Treasury and cross-functional teams.
• Must be analytical and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Day to day management of funds maturities.
• Settlement of utilities companies under easy paisa modules
• Management of accounts from other banks.
• Cash Management for Bank branches/ locations.
• Management and operation of RTGS.
• Supervising Home Remittance cell.
• Supervising Funds settlement of Telenor franchise International Remittance.
• Reporting to SBP for IR and Treasury operations.
