We are hiring for Canvas Digital’s International Sales Development Program in our Islamabad office!
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Shift Timings: US-aligned Night Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
Program: International Sales Development Program
Experience: Prior international sales, customer service, BPO, or customer-facing experience is preferred. Strong sellers and high-potential communicators with non-traditional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Job Specifications and Duties:
- Prospect and make outbound sales calls to the US market.
- Engage with business owners, entrepreneurs, startups, and decision-makers.
- Understand business needs and recommend relevant Canvas Digital services.
- Qualify opportunities and manage discovery, objections, follow-ups, proposals, and closing conversations.
- Maintain sales targets, pipeline discipline, and consistent activity.
- Coordinate with internal teams for qualified and closed business handovers.
Skills Required:
- Fluent spoken English.
- Strong communication and confidence in live sales conversations.
- Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and understand customer needs.
- Comfort with cold calling, outbound outreach, follow-ups, and targets.
- Coachability, discipline, and willingness to improve.

- Starting salary after successful completion and selection: PKR 100,000/month.
