We’re Hiring – Regional Head – Central
The Smart School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in Central Regional Office, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional Strategy & Growth
· Lead regional growth plans in alignment with company objectives.
· Identify new markets, business opportunities, and expansion prospects.
· Oversee revenue, student strength, and new school induction targets.
2. Franchise Partner Leadership
· Provide strategic guidance and support to franchise partners.
· Ensure compliance with operational, academic, and regulatory standards.
· Strengthen long-term relationships and manage negotiations (including fee tiers and payment reconciliations).
3. Operational & Academic Oversight
· Monitor academic, financial, and operational performance of all schools in the region.
· Conduct regular campus visits and provide improvement plans.
· Supervise regional teams across Academics, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Administration.
4. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
· Ensure exceptional customer service across the network.
· Drive timely complaint resolution as per defined SLAs.
5. Marketing & Brand Development
· Collaborate with Marketing to execute regional campaigns and build brand visibility.
· Support enrolment growth and academic outcomes through targeted initiatives.
6. Financial Management & Budgeting
· Manage regional budgets, review financial plans, and ensure sustainability.
· Forecast student strength, study pack requirements, and annual allocation needs.
7. Reporting & Cross‑Functional Coordination
· Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
· Work closely with HO departments (Academics, QA, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing).
