We are Looking for Experienced Amazon Sales Executive in evening shift .
Job Responsibilities
- Check for new Seller Feedback and respond where appropriate
- Check Seller Feedback for any bad ratings–remove if related to delivery time
- Check Seller Feedback for any Product Reviews
- Monitor and track inventory levels
- Check for refunds and contact the customer to determine reason for refund
- Check and reply to customer messages within the Amazon messaging system
- Sales Reports – Download weekly business reports from Amazon
- Customer List – Export customer list monthly from Amazon
- Must have fluency in English
- Good Communication Skills
Timings : 1:00pm-10:00pm
Monday/Friday
Location : Karachi – Main Shahrah e Faisal
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Rs65,000.00 per month
