DEPUTY MANAGER HR & ADMINISTRATION
Candidates must be MBA / Master’s degree holders with a minimum of 10 years experience, preferably in a large industrial organization. The candidate should be capable of handling HR & Administration, EOBI, PESSI, Government liaison, contractors, Public Relations, HSE, horticulture and janitorial services. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, along with knowledge of labour laws, ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, Halal and SEDEX requirements, is essential. Good communication and team management skills will be preferred.
ASSISTANT MANAGER GATE OFFICE
Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of 7 years experience in a large industrial concern. The candidate should be capable of managing gate office operations, gate staff, incoming/outgoing vehicles and material movement, maintaining relevant records and coordinating with concerned departments. Computer literacy with working knowledge of SAP, along with good communication, coordination and supervisory skills, is essential.
ASSISTANT MANAGER TIME OFFICE
Candidates must be graduates with minimum 7 years experience handling Time Office independently. Must be fully conversant with SAP and computer payroll system. Should possess good interpersonal skills and be able to tactfully handle the manpower.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Candidates must be graduates with minimum 5 years experience as Personal Assistant. Should be fully conversant with secretarial work and computer operations like MS Office (word, excel, power point and In Page), short hand and internet with good typing speed. Must be reliable, honest and willing to work late hours if required.
DRAFTSMAN
Candidates should possess a DAE (Mechanical / Civil) and have 8 to 10 years experience in plant and industrial drafting. Should have practical experience in preparing civil and mechanical drawings, plant layouts, and fabrication drawings, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Knowledge of glass mould drawings will be added advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD and hands-on experience in preparing, revising, and maintaining detailed engineering drawings are essential.
CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR
Candidates should possess DAE Electrical qualification with 5-7 years of relevant experience in the operation, maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting of Cummins Diesel Engines and Waukesha Gas Engines.
MECHANIC / ASSISTANT MECHANIC
Candidates should possess DAE Mechanical / Auto qualification with 5-7 years of relevant experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cummins Diesel Engines and Waukesha Gas Engines.
