𝗧𝗮𝗷 𝗚𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 (𝗣𝘃𝘁.) 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 is looking for 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿 / 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 having the following specifications & expertise:
· 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Analyst
· 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: B.Tech (Civil) min. [B.E. (Civil) preferable]
· 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 5 – 7 years of core experience in the field of Quantity Survey / Cost Analyst / Estimation
· 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Responsible to take off quantities of assigned projects
- Daily follow ups with the construction sites for material tracking
- Update civil scope percentage of works for contractor
- To make coordination with sites team
- To make coordination with Supply Chain for smooth supplies of materials
- Generate Purchase Requisitions
- Generate procurement schedule for construction activities as per given timeframe
- Coordination with vendors for materials arrangements as per given specification
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Proficient User of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Blue Beam, Plan-Swift & Microsoft Excel
