Sukkur IBA University invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and motivated candidates for contractual positions at the SIBAU Skills, Technology & Entrepreneurship Centers (SSTEC) located in Bhan Saeedabad and Sehwan. HOW TO APPLY

Interested candidates must submit their applications online through the STS Portal: http://www.apply.sts.net.pk on or before 21-09-2026. Manual applications shall not be accepted.
Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), Domicile, PRC/Form-D, a recent passport-size photograph, NOC (in case of a Government Servant) and all academic documents from the respective educational institutions. Additionally, any required certifications must also be uploaded to the portal when applying online.
Candidates with disabilities are required to upload CNIC bearing the wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees Fifteen hundred only) for Jobs from Serial Number 01 – 15 and Rs. 500/- for Jobs from Serial Number 16–19. The challan can be paid at any Allied Bank Limited (ABL) branch or via the MyABL app. Alternatively, candidates may use the 1Bill reference number to pay through the Internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked bank. (This fee is non-refundable).
Candidates shall apply and pay the challan separately for Bhan Saeedabad and Sehwan if they wish to be considered for both centers.
Female candidates shall be provided equal opportunity to participate.
Candidates are advised to use only their active mobile number in the online application form and refrain from providing numbers that have been converted to another network.
The date, time and venue shall be intimated later through an SMS alert. Further, all updates and notification about the test dates, admit slips, result announcement or any other information shall be uploaded on the STS website/portal as well. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time.
In case of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates shall be notified via SMS and are advised to regularly check both their SMS messages and their accounts on the portal. A period of three (03) days shall be granted to respond to the objection. Failure to comply within the stipulated time shall result in the rejection of the application form.
No queries shall be entertained after the issuance of admit slips for the MCQs-based written test.
Incomplete applications or application with missing documents shall not be entertained after the closing date.
Providing fictitious, exaggerated, or misleading information shall result in the rejection of the application and may lead to termination of employment at any stage.
All appointments shall be made purely on a contractual basis under the SSTEC, Bhan Saeedabad & Sehwan.
The appointments shall initially be made for one (01) year, extendable on satisfactory performance and continued availability of regular grant-in-aid from the Government of Sindh.
Recruitment Test shall be conducted strictly on merit through STS.
Only candidates possessing Sindh domicile shall be eligible to apply.
For Jobs from S.No 16 to S.No. 19 preferences will be given to District Jamshoro Domicile Holders.
The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised positions or cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
The detailed Job Descriptions (JDs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), salary packages and terms of employment shall remain in accordance with the approved project proposal and subsequent decisions of the competent authority.
Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the eligibility requirements will be called for test/interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
