Job Description:
- Design, develop, and administer various training programs across the organization in conjunction with the relevant subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
- Support HoDs/stakeholders in the diagnosis of training need to ensure training solutions are proactive and relevant.
- Plan and organize Employee Engagement activities across the organization. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to make the engagement initiatives a success.
- Provide necessary onsite support to the HR team in the implementation of HR strategy
Ideal Profile:
- Master’s degree in Business or Management Studies, preferably Human Resource Management.
- 3-5 years or more experience in Human Resource Management, Training, and People Engagement.
