Job Announcement – Digital Marketing Specialist (Islamabad)
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is the core responsibility of the selected individual. The ideal candidate needs to be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and strategy.
Job Description:
● Develop engaging content that is consistent with the company’s brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.
● Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
● Manage digital advertising campaigns on all digital platforms to increase company and brand awareness and assist the company in achieving its annual targets
● Write, edit, proofread and improve blogs, articles, and social media posts, and ensure brand consistency
● Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
● Be actively involved in SEO efforts and campaigns (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
● Measure ROI and KPIs against the digital marketing budget, and forecast sales performance trends
● Develop and maintain dashboards on salesforce for marketing analytics and performance against the marketing department’s annual targets and goals
● Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
Job Specification:
● 2-3 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing (especially lead generation campaigns)
● Hands-on experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
● Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
● Excellent writing and editing skills in English & a portfolio of published articles.
● Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
● BS or equivalent degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
● Team player with good time-management skills
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
