We are hiring Supply Chain Executive:
Job Description:
- Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to obtain price quotes, product availability, Delivery timelines and other relevant information.
- Purchase Order Processing: Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, open order quantities, invoices, and vendor contracts.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for the organization’s needs.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure received goods meet specified standards and on time.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Purchase department, including data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
