We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Denim Quality team who has expertise in Quality Assurance. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The key areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate include:
- Ensure all testing is conducted in accordance with the latest ASTM, AATCC, and ISO standards.
- Review and implement customer and buyer testing protocols while maintaining fabric specification requirements.
- Monitor development and production testing reports, ensuring accurate SAP updates and compliance with fabric specifications.
- Analyze testing results, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Track shrinkage performance and collaborate with Apparel and Production teams to maintain quality benchmarks.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with health & safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
- Manage laboratory consumables, maintain records, and oversee testing progress and manpower planning.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 05 – 06 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Textile Testing.
- Strong understanding of ASTM, AATCC, ISO, and buyer testing protocols.
- Experience with fabric specifications, SAP, laboratory testing, and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
