Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Assistant Manager Fulfilment ”
1) To acknowledged invoices from vendors along-with supporting documents.
2) Manages the order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, and shipping.
3) Oversee a variety of order processing functions, ranging from supervising a team of logistics professionals to maintaining positive relations with parcel carriers and monitoring inventories.
4) Oversee the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization’s customer service standards.
5) Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
6) Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
7) Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle the roles that come with order processing
8) Computer, MS Office, interpersonal and communication skills required
9) Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
10) Problem-solving and team work attitude
11) Flexibility to work in shifts
Qualification: BBA/MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 3-5 yrs.
