WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring a Lab Technician who is responsible for UHT quality checks, Critical Parameters, Aseptic Conditions, CIP/SIP and Filler Performance, Including Fill Volume, Packaging Integrity, Coding, Leakage and Sensory Attributes. Conduct batch-wise Sampling, Testing, Incubation and Defect Trending, Ensuring GMP, GLP, HACCP and Data Integrity. Requires relevant Food Science/Dairy/Science qualification with hands-on 3-4 Years of experience in UHT/aseptic processing and Microbiological Sampling.

WE ARE HIRING QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE (SAHIANWALA)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring a Quality Control Executive who is responsible for Shift Quality Operations across Intake, Pasteurizer, UHT and fillers, Ensuring GMP, Sanitation, Sampling, OOS handling, Product Holds, Traceability and Record Compliance. Lead shift handovers, verify start-up/changeover/restart activities, Manage Critical Quality Events and Guide technicians. Requires BS/MSc in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology or Equivalent, with 3-5 years’ dairy QA/laboratory experience, preferably in UHT/aseptic processing, and strong HACCP, GMP, GLP.
