About the Role: The Manager will support the organization’s ERP, Loan Origination System (LOS), and related business applications while ensuring the reliable and secure operation of servers, release management, databases, backups, and Microsoft 365 services. The role requires effective coordination with users, vendors, and management to maintain system availability, resolve issues, implement enhancements, and support new IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day support and administration of ERP, LOS, Loan Origination System and other business applications.
- Monitor application availability, performance, integrations, and scheduled processes.
- Coordinate with Finance, Credit, Risk, Operations, and other departments to understand and resolve system issues.
- Manage user accounts, roles, access rights, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
- Support ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and HR.
- Support LOS processes, including leads, customer onboarding, KYC, credit assessment, approval workflows, documentation, disbursement, and reporting.
- Prepare functional requirements, business requirement documents, process flows, and change requests.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, defect resolution, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user licensing.
- Maintain system backups and regularly verify backup restoration procedures.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtual machines, storage, and related infrastructure.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS) and/or master’s degree (MSCS/MCS)
Experience: 3–5 years of IT experience in ERP/software development.
Technical Competencies
- Understanding of ERP Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, GL, lending, customer onboarding, credit approval, disbursement and repayment processes.
- Working knowledge of enterprise applications, API integrations, SQL databases, reporting tools and system integrations, with experience in project documentation including functional and technical designs, scope of work and user manuals.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and Firewall Administration.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of backup and storage solutions, including Veeam, as well as disaster recovery planning.
- Experience in vendor and IT asset management.
