📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Lahore
📌 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day after-wash operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans to optimize resources and meet deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Enforce measures for product standards and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement, implementing strategies for productivity and cost reduction.
🎓 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in the Textile Industry.
Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and control principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
