Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a risk-based audit plan focused on retail operations, including inventory, POS systems, and supply chain.
- Assess internal controls, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across stores and distribution centers.
- Identify fraud risks, conduct investigations, and recommend preventive measures.
- Prepare and present audit reports, and oversee follow-up on recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance to ensure data integrity and system control effectiveness.
- Lead, coach, and manage audit staff to maintain audit quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- BBA / MBA / ICMA / ACCA (Qualified)
- Strong understanding of internal controls, retail risk areas, and audit standards (IIA, GAAS).
- Proficiency in POS, inventory systems, and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to retail outlets and warehouses as required.
