POSITION: SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE – PAYROLL
- Qualification: BBA / MPA / MBA in Human Resources.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in HR (Payroll).
- Location: Nazimabad Five Star roundabout, Karachi.
Job Description:
- Verify all Task are complete before Pay roll, as per the checklist.
- Review the uploaded required monthly payroll-related entries in the HCM including Arrears paying, Arrears Paying, Deductions, allowances, etc.
- Run Provisional payroll of all employee types, verify their salary sheet, and submit them to the HR manager.
- Prepare monthly reports of compensation and benefits.
- Maintain and store soft copies and hard copies of all payroll-related documents submit them to the finance department for salary disbursement.
- Guide employees on the loan process, verify the eligibility as per policy and facilitate employees in the loan approvals.
