Pakistan Refinery Limited is seeking profiles for the position of Senior Supervisor Warehouse in our Technical & Inspection (Warehouse) Department.
JOB TITLE : Senior Supervisor Warehouse
REPORTS TO : Senior Manager Warehouse
LOCATION : Karachi, Pakistan
Job Purpose: Senior Supervisor Warehouse will be responsible for monitoring all inventory and day-today activities for the timely and accurate issue of materials to requiring support service section/department. This includes performing all activities required to complete materials receiving cycle that is matching of delivery documents with that of physically received materials, arrange inspection of materials by informing and involving inspection section, move inspected and fit materials to their designated locations for storage with the help of warehouse staff and deliver to concerned sections if purchased as direct charge materials, update the inventory through SAP and report warehouse manager for closing the transaction. The incumbent will also ensure tasks with the help of warehouse workers for up-keeping of the warehouse, such as materials safety from rust/corrosion and unauthorized issues. The incumbent is expected to act upon a relevant HSEQ Policy and ensure that all workers comply with HSEQ requirements.
Education: Graduation
Experience: Minimum 6 years
Technical Competencies: Material Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Customer Service.
Non-Technical Competencies: Teamwork, Result Focus, Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
