We’re Hiring: Senior Engineer – Maintenance (Appliances Division)
Location: PEL Factory, 34Km Ferozpur Road, Lahore.
Department: Appliances Division
Experience Required: 5-7 years (preferably in the appliance industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and sustain 5S, KAIZEN, and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operations.
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for critical equipment.
Ensure seamless functionality of punching, laser, and bending machines using ACAD/CAM, Lantek, and Top Punch software.
Lead the resolution of technical challenges with innovative solutions.
Manage and motivate the maintenance team, fostering a culture of collaboration.
Analyze and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills and Expertise:

Proficiency in maintenance techniques and machining process software.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong team leadership and communication abilities.
Expertise in organizational, time management, and budget optimization.
