We’re looking for an experienced Manager – E-Wallet Operations to lead our digital wallet initiative in Lahore. If you’re passionate about fintech, operations excellence, and driving customer success — this is your chance to make an impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a high-performing team.
- Drive reporting, analytics, and process improvements.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
- Collaborate with partners and member banks for seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Banking Management.
- 3–5 years of call centre experience (fintech/banking preferred).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus!
