Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure products online and final inspection as per customer requirements.
- Perform regular inspection and gap analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Ensure that GMPs are followed, including sanitation, hygiene, and pest control practices.
- Supervise and train employees on QA policies, procedures, and standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs, and HACCP plans.
- Oversee production processes to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Review and maintain daily process inspection records.
- Perform traceability to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry or Food Science Technology with at least 1-2 years of experience in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations such as HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
