Requirements:
- Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
- Proficient use in HRMS and MS Office
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Good knowledge of employment/ labor laws
- Skilled in payroll and benefits processing
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure policy compliance
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Confident, problem-solver and takes initiative
