Location: LuckyOne Powerhouse – Karachi
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules for generators, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, etc., ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Involve in project evaluations, vendor meetings and coordination, feasibility analysis, implementation, and commissioning as per requirement.
- Design and interpret Process Flow Piping Networks, including calculations for the systems and selection of equipment.
- Be a part of troubleshooting activities on the plant, with a focus on reducing downtime and RCAs.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certification courses in Data Science (like Power BI, Python, SQL, etc.) will add to the weightage.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a Cogeneration power plant.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Strong aptitude towards engineering analysis of equipment parameters’ trends and operational data.
