Who are we looking for?
- Minimum a bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or a similar discipline from a HEC recognized / overseas University.
- Minimum graduate.
- Preferably 1 year of data entry/loan documents related experience in back office processing for a financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of Account Opening Forms (AOFs), account maintenance & allied documents in line with SBP regulations, internal policies & procedures.
- After reviewing documents, these are acknowledged in system for detailed profiling of AOF & allied documents.
- Prepare & update discrepant memo & record keeping.
- To update & maintain log of activities performed for tracking of daily progress.
- Give go-head for processing of acceptable documents.
- Coordinate with supervisor/manager for earliest resolution of discrepant documents.
- Report on TAT & processing quality respective desk.
- To update & maintain log of activities performed for tracking of daily progress.
Skills:
- Proficient in handling credit documentation, processes/procedures.
- Good time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Preferably local candidate.
- Exhibits and upholds KMBL’s values and social performance objectives.
