Title : Business Coordinator
Reporting : Group Head – Takaful
Department : Takaful Retail Distribution
Education: BBA / MBA (Minimum graduate)
Experience: 2 to 3 years in business coordination
- Strong communication skills – oral and written.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Arrange and coordinate various meetings & conferences & managing its end to end arrangement.
- Prepare important announcements, memos & ensure its implementation & circulation from time to time.
- Keeping an update on important contacts, and resolve complaints that require the attention of the Head of the Department and Regional Heads.
- Writing & distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, & briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
- Creating & maintaining client databases and mail lists.
- Providing effective administrative support.
- Ensure effective coordination with Branches of Takaful.
- Monitor & ensure timely delivery of necessary documents pan Pakistan for smooth business operations.
