HOPSCOTCH® a kids wear brand operating since 2014, having 37 stores in 30 cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Customer Care Associate” to join its E-Commerce team.
Job Location: E-Store, Peco Road, Near Nadra Office, Lahore, Pakistan
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduation.
1-2 years of experience is required in the customer care department of a reputable company, preferably in a retail brand.
The ideal aspirant should have:
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good command on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, & correspondence).
• Good command on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
