Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
Job Description:
- Manage customer billing, including timely preparation and processing of invoices.
- Ensure accurate entry of invoices and customer payments in the SAP system.
- Prepare, verify and maintain payment, receipt, journal and other financial vouchers.
- Ensure proper documentation and supporting documents for all financial transactions.
- Assist in accounts reconciliation and resolving billing/payment discrepancies.
- Support day to day finance and accounting activities.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Assist in bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by providing relevant documents.
- Maintain and organize finance related documents and records.
- Perform other finance related tasks assigned by management.
