Position: Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve branch business, portfolio, and recovery targets.
- Lead branch staff and Customer Relationship Officers.
- Develop business through market assessment and customer acquisition.
- Ensure proper credit appraisal, documentation, disbursement, and recoveries.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage branch operations, cash, reporting, and administration.
- Graduate, preferably in Commerce/Business.
- Atleast 4 years of Branch Management, preferably in Microfinance.
- Leadership, analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Okara, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Sahiwal, Abdul Hakeem, Jahanian, Muzaffargarh, North Karachi, Jhudo, Shikarpur, Ranipur
Position: Branch Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, laws, and regulations.
- Strengthen internal controls to minimize operational risks.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate the Branch Operations team.
- Manage branch administrative and operational activities in coordination with Head Office.
- Ensure proper maintenance of legal and regulatory records.
- Graduate or Master’s.
- 4–5 years of Branch Operations.
- Communication, negotiation, time management, and MS Office proficiency.
Location: Okara, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Sahiwal, Abdul Hakeem, Jahanian, Muzaffargarh, North Karachi, Jhudo, Shikarpur, Ranipur
Position: General Banking Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain branch cash, daily reconciliation, registers, and banking records.
- Post daily recoveries and maintain accurate entries in the banking system.
- Ensure timely cash deposits and safe/cash handling within approved limits.
- Prepare and submit daily reports and documents to Head Office.
- Coordinate with Branch Management, field staff, and Head Office for operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and AML/CFT requirements.
- Maintain professional branch standards and safeguard Bank assets.
- Graduate, preferably in Commerce/Business Administration.
- Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Communication, customer service, teamwork, and MS Office proficiency.
