HEAD OF FINANCE – EV BUSINESS (Karachi)
Qualification: CA, ACCA or CMA Qualified
Experience: 12–15 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a senior finance leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall finance function, including financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
- Take ownership of the business P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and overall financial performance.
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, MIS and financial analysis to senior management.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.
- Monitor business performance against budgets and identify key financial risks, variances and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee cash flow planning, treasury activities, working capital and banking relationships.
- Ensure effective management of receivables, payables, inventory and overall working capital.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance across the business.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of statutory and management financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial and commercial analysis to support key business decisions.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and other functions to improve profitability and financial performance.
- Oversee product costing, margin analysis and profitability reporting.
- Support capital expenditure planning, business cases and investment evaluations.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop, lead and mentor the finance team while building strong functional capability parts on time.
