Cargo Cashier – KHI, ISB & LHE
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Collection of cash/payorder against scanning service (DV, EDD/EDT), return shipment charges, lifter charges, warehouse charges, terminal charges against the approved rate list.
- Accurate issuance of customer copy.
- Reconciliation and accurate reporting of daily cash collections against receipts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, payments, and invoices.
- Handover the cash / pay orders to import counter next day for onward submissions in bank with deposit slip.
- Preparation & submission of monthly reports to HQ.
- Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders.
- Assist customers with queries related to payments, cargo fees, and billing issues.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling cash
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Customer service excellence
- Record keeping and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
