Forrun Logistics is looking for HR Executive (Male).
Job Details:
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree.
- Having 1 to 2 years experience in HR department.
- Must be proficient in MS. Office.
Job Description:
- Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews, and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
- Setting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.
- Preparing and processing timely payroll.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and fulfill with them.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Maintain employee leaves and attendance records. Keeping track of employees’ attendance/absenteeism and reporting to the Operations Manager.
- Maintaining and regularly updating the master database.
- Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
