Electro Polymers Pvt Ltd Jobs Executive Supply Chain:
Electropolymers Pvt Ltd. is looking to hire an “Executive Supply Chain”.
Responsibilities:
· Proper accountability for the location of incoming goods.
· Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list /delivery challan.
· Update the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory in ERP.
· Coordinate with the admin department for bills related to market purchases.
· Proper batch number tagging on each packet/ Bins.
· Coordinate with the commercial team for upcoming shipments.
· Before receiving imported items, coordinate with commercial department personnel to update the exchange rate on ERP.
· Organize received items in appropriate areas.
· Ensure the material is properly weighed/ counted before receiving.
· Update the Vendor receiving sheet to ensure that no excess or short material is received as per the plan given by the procurement department.
Requirements:
· BBA or MBA in Supply Chain.
· Fresh to 1 year of experience.
