Job Description
- Lead and coach a team of Field Training Managers.
- Design and execute learning strategies for field force aligned with business goals.
- Build development programs for front-line and second-line managers.
- Introduce competency-based training for overall field capability & talent development.
- Oversee onboarding and advanced learning for field forces across organization.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality, and aligned learning content across business units.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design learning interventions for brand plans campaigns and new product launches.
- Enhance coaching culture through toolkits, field visits, and feedback.
- Conduct joint field visits with FTMs and sales leaders to evaluate learning impact and identify development needs.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance metrics and business impact.
- Optimize budget resources allocation and manage vendors.
- Ensure timely execution of planned programs while maintaining field presence and visibility.
- Champion digital and blended learning methodologies to enhance learner engagement and training scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative tools into learning delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline; Masters will be added advantage.
- Preferably 8-10 years’ experience in learning / capability development.
- Strong facilitation, selling & leadership skills. E-Learning tools, business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Team management experience.
- Position is based at Head Office.

SITE ENGINEER MEP – ISLAMABAD
JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the timely execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works in alignment with the overall project schedule. This role oversees the installation of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems, ensuring their seamless integration with architectural and interior components, including RCPs and IFC drawings. The engineer ensures all work is carried out in compliance with approved designs, quality standards and safety regulations. Key duties include conducting inspections and system tests, managing MEP budgets, maintaining accurate records, and delivering fully functional MEP systems with complete documentation and certifications upon project handover. The candidate is flexible to travel across the northern region, including Peshawar and Swat, to support project needs as required.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
EDUCATION: Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or electrical engineering.
EXPERIENCE: 5-6 years in relevant field
SOFTWARE/TOOLS: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD & ERP).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, ability to multitask and Vendor & Contractor Handling.
