Lead Design Engineer – Process ( Lahore)
•Graduate Engineer having 5 years (Preferably Oil & Gas), Project Organization: 2 years, Designing/Drafting: 2 years.
•Responsible for estimation of engineering man-hours, clear understanding of SOW, area wise resource allocation, planning and scheduling of discipline activities, control and monitor discipline progress.
•Responsible for forecasting any discrepancies / gaps and take corrective actions well in time without any significant impact on the overall project schedule.
•Follow up of look-ahead schedule, monitor consumed man-hours vs. budgeted allocation.
•Review and correct basic engineering design of upstream companies, for safe, optimized, complete, cost effective and quality design and engineering work, in line with proposals / projects execution schedule.
•Responsible for the implementation of project specifications, QA / QC procedures, governing international codes and standard and accepted design practices.
•Prepare resource requirements and ensure adequate resources including manpower, hardware, and software is available as per project schedule.
•Ensure smooth flow of inter discipline coordination, conduct joint reviews, provide technical assistance to his/her team and create timely solution to technical problems.
