Title: Warehouse In-Charge

Qualification: Masters in Supply Chain
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Nature of Experience:
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Supervise and lead the dispatch team, providing guidance and direction to ensure optimal performance.
Critical Responsibilities:
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in computer software applications, including MS Office, SAP.
Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Core Competencies/Interpersonal Skills Required:
Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
