CYBERNET is looking for an HR GENERALIST based in Karachi. This role entails the following key responsibilities:
📝 Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth processes ✅
🤝 Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews 📋
💼 Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees 🗂️
💰 Be the primary backup for payroll processing 💵
📖 Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies 📚
📋 Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance 📑
📊 Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, employee engagements, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements 📈
