Key Accountabilities
- Supervise the complete operation of all machines in the conversion area
- Plan and execute daily production schedules, ensuring optimal manpower utilization
- Ensure raw material availability and correct machine settings for efficient operations
- Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown services
- Train, mentor, and guide machine operators and support staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- DAE Mechanical/Electrical with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read machine manuals and interpret technical data
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities
