Bank Alfalah Jobs Relationship Managers and Team Leaders:Â Hiring Relationship Managers and Team Leaders (Commercial & SME) for Karachi.
The incumbent will be responsible to profitably manage & grow the complete relationship of a portfolio of SME customers ensuring all their
banking needs are efficiently met (deposit/transaction, trade & borrowing)
Requirements:
– Minimum graduate in Management/Accounting/Finance or equivalent
– 3 years of experience within the same role required for RM and 6 years for TL
– Should have comprehensive knowledge of markups, trade, credit market and prudential regulations
– Proven track record in a multi product sales and relationship management environment for retail or SME banking
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong understanding of banking products, especially credit and trade products
