Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Studio Lead.

Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality product images that accurately represent the features, details, and colors of each item.
Set up and maintain a professional photography studio, including lighting, backdrops, and equipment.
Ensure consistent image quality, adhering to established style guidelines and brand standards.
Edit and retouch product images as needed, ensuring they are optimized for web display.
Manage the organization, scheduling, and workflow of product photography, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to prioritize and plan photo shoots based on product launches, promotions, and inventory needs.
Edit and retouch product images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
Work closely with the e-commerce team to address feedback, make necessary adjustments, and continuously improve image quality.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team, including stylists, merchandisers, and graphic designers, to ensure a cohesive visual representation of products.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Photographer, preferably in an e-commerce or commercial setting.
Proficient in using professional-grade photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
Expertise in product photography techniques, lighting setups, and composition.
Proficient in image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with excellent retouching and color correction skills.
Knowledge of current trends in e-commerce photography and the ability to adapt to evolving industry standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and image optimization techniques is a plus.
